Michael Lamia, Co-Founder and CEO

Michael Lamia earned his BS in Management from the University of South Florida. After graduation, Michael began his career as computer engineer in 1981. He continued in the field through 1996, eventually rising to the level of Director of MIS for several large corporations in Florida. It was in his last position, at a small manufacturing company, that Michael was first introduced to the staffing industry. Beginning in 1996 and continuing through 2000, Michael started as Technical Recruiter and eventually was promoted to Branch Manager.

In 2001, Michael started All Source Recruiting Group, Inc. a recruiting company focused on the placement of non-technical and non-medical professionals. Recognizing the overwhelming demand for healthcare staff, Michael along with his wife Patricia, founded MedSource Group in 2003. In 2004, the focus for MedSource Group shifted toward Allied Healthcare professionals exclusively. Later in 2008, the company re-branded and became Ardor Health Solutions.

Today, Ardor Health Solutions occupies more than 10,000 square feet of office space in Coral Springs, Florida and employees over 300. Our growth plan for 2014  includes increasing our total employee base, both internally and externally to 400.

In Michael’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Patricia and traveling back and forth to the North Carolina mountains where their son Mike Thomas is employed as a Broadcast Journalist for CBS. Michael and Patricia’s daughter, Stephanie Nicole, is finishing her last semester at Law School and after the bar exam plans to enter into private practice.

Michael is actively involved in his family, the Catholic community and gives back to the community in any way that he can.

Patricia (Patty) Lamia, Co-Founder and President

Patricia (Patty) spent 10 years as a Catholic school teacher from 1990 to 2000. In 2001 she joined her husband Michael Lamia, CEO of Ardor Health Solutions, in founding All Source Recruiting Group which later grew to Ardor Health Solutions. Patty was instrumental in the growing of All Source Recruiting Group into Ardor Health Solutions. As the consummate team player, Patty has at one time or another done just about every job at Ardor Health Solutions, always placing the growth of the company and her employee’s ahead of her own needs. However, Patty’s greatest achievement is raising two amazing & talented children Stephanie Nicole & Michael Thomas Lamia.

Robbi Kelly, Vice President of Sales

Robbi grew up on Long Island, NY and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Her degrees were in Biology and Anthropology, but she decided to switch her focus after college. Robbi started her recruiting career over 14 years ago in South Florida, and became a part of Ardor Health Solutions in 2011.  She quickly became one of the top recruiters in the organization, and through her natural leadership skills and ability to mentor the other recruiters, she was promoted to Team Leader.  Robbi was most recently promoted to the Director of Recruitment and she plans to work on growing her team to be the best group of recruiters in healthcare staffing nationwide!

Robbi is an avid runner and is currently training to run her second marathon. Besides running, she spends her time outside of work with her daughter, family and her new yellow lab puppy!

Maya Irizarry, Director of Sales

Maya attended Baruch College (CUNY) and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs prior to relocating to Florida where she later obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration at Everglades University. With a wealth of sales, customer service and education admissions under her belt she joined Ardor Health Solutions in 2010 to begin her career in Healthcare Account Management. Maya has a love of helping others.  With her promotion from Team Leader to Director of Sales she has always been proud to mentor others as a strong resource that allows her to help grow Ardor Health Solutions to become the best Medical Staffing Resource Nationwide.

During her spare time, Maya enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids either running around or watching basketball.

Debora Mollenhauer, AVP Specialty Allied

Debora Mollenhauer grew up in Long Island, New York. After traveling some, she decided to settle down in San Antonio Texas for 35 years before moving to Florida and joining the Ardor Health team. Deb was a branch manager for a nurse staffing company with an allied division and helped the company grow the division in a time where success in the allied sector of the market was imperative. Deb has been in the staffing industry for 20 years and has held multiple positions. She started her career as an account manager and then moved on to becoming a branch manager, quality assurance manager, regional allied manager, regional nursing manager, and divisional director of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. She says one of her greatest achievements was taking over an Advanced Practice Division with revenue of 250k a year and increasing it to 5 million in revenue in just under 2 years. She’s been married for almost 19 years! She has one son and a daughter in law and 2 beautiful grandsons. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her grandsons, crocheting and going to the beach.

Stephanie Saltzgaver, Director of Travel Nursing Division

Stephanie is the Director of our Travel Nursing Division. Her experience in both the legal and recruitment/placement fields has helped Ardor Health Solutions become a premier staffing agency for nurses who need assistance finding positions nationwide. Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and subsequently immersed herself in staffing prior to attending law school at Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami. After passing the Florida Bar Exam in February of 2014, Stephanie immediately saw the need for more contemporary, innovative and client based approach to staffing nurses.  Utilizing her legal knowledge, and background in staffing, Stephanie is now the Director of the Travel Nursing Division based out of Tampa, Florida.

Mike T Lamia, Director of Marketing Communications

Mike joined Ardor Health Solutions in August of 2015. Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in Boston, MA.  Mike comes from a journalism background, working as a field reporter and anchor for three years before retiring from the industry in TV Market #25 in Raleigh, NC. He now works as the primary content creator and marketing manager for Ardor Health Solutions.

Maria Aguayo, Business Development & School Division Manager

Maria Aguayo is the Business Development and RFP Manager for Ardor Health Solutions. Maria graduated from “Universidad de Especialidades Espiritu Santo” in Guayaquil, Ecuador and has a Law Degree in the fields of Corporate and Criminal Laws. In 2010, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. With over six years of experience in the travel staffing industry for School Districts, Maria pioneered the development and operations of the School Division at Ardor Health. Maria has been involved in every step of the procurement process, establishing contracts with over 400 School Districts across the country. She provides resources and expertise, handling everything from collaborating with the Marketing and Recruiting teams, QA, administrative team and is constantly working with the Senior Executives to streamline and implement new projects that will enable the growth of the company. Maria has steadily developed the school business to become the company’s principal market and helped shape Ardor Health into an industry leader in therapy staffing for School Districts.

Greg Brusey, Controller

Greg earned his BS in accounting from William Paterson College in New Jersey. He began his career in public accounting and made his switch to the private sector after relocating to Florida in 2002. When he joined Ardor in 2006 we processed only 228 W-2 forms. At the close of 2012, under Greg’s supervision growth has been steady and we will have processed over 800 W-2’s. He currently holds the position of Controller and we continue to position ourselves to gain market share in 2014.

While in Florida he met his beautiful wife and stepdaughters. They have two golden retrievers and one rescue dog. In his spare time Greg enjoys playing tennis, golf, fishing, cruising and reading.

Joanne Arango, Recruitment Manager

Joanne was born in Long Island, NY and her family relocated to the beautiful city of Coral Springs, FL when she was just 3 years old. In her spare time, she enjoys soaking up the Florida sun on our breath-taking beaches, going out to dinner with friends…and has a knack for fashion. As a former manager at AT&T, Joanne came to Ardor Health in July 2012 with an established and profound background in sales, management and customer service.  Through the exceptional growth and leadership she displayed within her first year with Ardor, Joanne was quickly recognized and promoted to team leader—a role that has most recently advanced to that of Recruitment Manager this Fall 2014. With her zest for recruiting, steadfast determination and persistence, Joanne looks forward to many continued years of advancement and success as part of the Ardor Health Family!

Shelly Chadwick, Recruitment Manager

Shelly was born and raised in South Florida…a true Florida native!  She grew up in Lighthouse Point, FL and graduated from Stetson University in Deland, FL with a BA in Communictions Studies. Shelly began her career in staffing over 17 years ago with Cross Country TravCorps – first working in their Client Accommodations department and then moved in to recruitment of RN’s & LPN’s as she wanted more personal relationships with the people she worked with.  Shelly joined Ardor Health Solutions in April 2010. Since she began with us, she has worn a few different hats…assisting Senior Recruiters and the Management team while learning the Allied Market. She was promoted to Team Leader in 2013 and now as our Recruitment Manager.  Shelly brings extensive knowledge about the staffing industry with a customer service spin, since she received Management Training while working at Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Shelly enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband of 16 years and their two beautiful daughters.

Greg Preziosi, Manager of Sales

Greg attended Florida State University obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. With experience working as an account manager for a large fortune 500 health supplement company he decided to transition into sales and joined Ardor Health Solutions in 2012. His first role with Ardor Health Solutions was that of an account manager which soon evolved into a territory manager overseeing staffing in seven states. Through his proven growth and development within Ardor Health Solutions he was promoted to Manager of Sales in September of 2015 . He now oversees staffing in Illinois, Michigan, Colorado and Texas along with assisting, training and leading a team of Territory Managers & Account Executives.

When not in the office you can find Greg outdoors playing golf, in the gym working on his fitness or high in the clouds flying over South Florida with his private pilot’s license.

Anthony Saltzgaver, General Counsel

Anthony is Ardor Health’s legal expert/consultant. Anthony is a graduate of University of South Florida, and Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami. In addition to having experience in law firm recruitment and placement, Anthony has spent three years in private practice, and continues to practice full time while managing all of our legal division accounts. Anthony is currently the corporate liaison for Ardor Health’s relationships with local and national medical facilities, in addition to ensuring corporate compliance, and reviewing candidate contracts.
