Mr. Burke -
I recently completed a physical therapy program at Southampton Estates in Penna. My physical therapist was a young lady named Susan Kille, M.S.P.T. who, I understand, is on your staff.
At our first session Susan and I agreed on a set of objectives to be reached. I am happy to state that by the conclusion of our sessions these objectives were reached resulting in a positive change in my lifestyle. Susan's contribution of competence, patience and firmness played a major role in this success.
If Susan is a representative member of your organization I compliment you on its existence.

Dear Harold, I sent you my resume, I hope you received it. I am very impressed with the company, as they offer the best benefits I have seen in the industry. Even if we are unable to work out a contract this time around due to time constraints, I would look forward to signing on with you in the future. Should you come up with anything in Oregon, Pennsylvania or possibly even Alaska, please contact me.
Thank You.

Dear Ms. Tubbs-
My name is Andy Christy. My grandparents are Paul (Fred) and Joan
Christy.
My grandfather recently completed physical therapy at home with
Sarah
Altman. I'm writing at the request of my grandparents to let you
know how
appreciative and grateful they (as well as the rest of the family)
are of
Sarah and what an outstanding job she did. My grandmother said,
"Sarah was
just so nice, professional, and caring, and I don't think Fred would
have
made nearly the progress he did without Sarah's help. She always
took her
time and treated him so well."
Please let Sarah know how much our family appreciates all of her
help and
hard work. My grandmother also wanted me to mention Thain Schrock.
She
said that he was the one who approved my grandfather for rehab, and
he was
extremely kind and professional as well.
Thank you for all of the work that you do, and please know that it
does not
go un-noticed.
Sincerely,
Andy Christy
(on behalf of Fred and Joan Christy)
To whom it may
concern:
I am the staffing
manager of Tricare Rehab out of Chicago and Indiana. We currently are
in 41 facilities, with 1/3 of them being owned by us. Our staffing
needs are continuous, and many. We do deal with many staffing companies,
as we again have many needs, and I was a recruiting manager for a
staffing company for 6 years. So I know what I want out of our contract
companies, and have been on the other side so I am no stranger to what
it takes. We do have companies with who we have had a longer
relationship with, but Ardor Health is quickly becoming one of our first
"go-to" resources. Our main contact, Craig Harrison is the main reason
we do this. He is responsive, delivers what he says, and will go the
extra mile on those Friday afternoons when I cannot reach my other
recruiters. Also, although a good relationship with your point man is
crucial, $$$ and contract terms certainly matter. Your company offers
fair rates and terms that only a handful of the other companies can
match. So I guess when I have 32 contract companies on our roll, and
Ardor Health is already one of our top companies, that speaks volumes.
So please, Craig, and your crew, keep up the great work, and many more
perfect placements to go.
