Our travelers live in safe and beautiful properties. We understand you work hard, so let us take care of the details. Whether you travel alone, with family or pets, our housing coordinators will work with you to ensure your transition into your “home away from home” is a smooth one.
We offer you a choice of: private housing, co-pay options, extended stay type of facility, or a generous housing allowance.
Housing options
- Free private: (1) one bedroom or studio apartment (standard furniture package with one BR)
- Generous housing stipend if you choose to provide your own accommodations
- Extended stay type of facility if assignment is less than 13 weeks
- Private with co-pay: (2) two or more bedrooms
Co-Pays: You will be charged for any costs that are requested beyond our standard housing choices
Utilities
- Most of the housing we provide is corporate apartments, where utilities are all inclusive.
- Ardor Health will be responsible for turning on the basic utilities (electric, water, gas, trash), if the utilities are not included,

Pet Policy
- You are welcome to bring your pet with you! Many of our travelers bring their pets on assignment.
- You will be responsible for any pet deposits (refundable and non-refundable) and/or pet rents.
- Most apartment complexes have strict breed restrictions and/or weight limits, which will limit our housing options. (Your recruiter can let you know if your pet is on our restricted breed list. Please be sure to advise your recruiter as to the breed and weight of your pet so that our housing coordinators can try to accommodate you and your pet.)
