Staffing

Ardor Health’s School Division has a marketing and recruiting team who split the task of taking care of each assignment and collaborate with the District staff and administrators to ensure that all the District’s goals and contractual obligations are being met.

As the first step, the District is assigned to a Territory Manager and a dedicated RFP/Contract Specialist. These specialists will take responsibility as your “go-to” persons in charge of submitting all the contract documentation that complies with all your District requirements. The RFP Specialist will review the contract requirements in detail and return all applicable documents to your District, including State Certifications, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and W9. The Account Territory Manager will arrange meetings with the District’s Special Education Supervisors to learn about the overall needs, caseload, programs, and staffing goals. They will also conduct meetings with the Director of Special Education to review all expectation and requirements of the assignment.

Each of our RFP consultants and Account Managers are territory based and have the knowledge of the area, contract documentation, and licensure requirements. The School District will be assigned to a team of professionals who are capable of providing solid recommendations, guidance and support to our candidates, and clients.
