What We Do

We are a premier healthcare recruiting organization specializing in placing OT’s, COTA’s, PT’s, PTA’s and SLP’s in various settings nationally for travel/contract and temp perm placement! Our average contracts are 13 weeks in length however we can accommodate shorter or longer requests for maternity leave, FMLA, vacation coverage, resignations or you have an immediate need, we should be your first call! For each of our employee’s, we complete thorough checks on backgrounds, drug tests, verification of licensure, certifications, immunizations and updated references.

How It Works

You will have a single, dedicated Territory Manager who is the only person you will deal with. In other words, someone who knows you and your business as well as you do. We have a devoted staff committed to meeting any need you may have…day or night.

After contracting with Ardor Health, we will submit to you the resumes of only qualified therapists for your review. From the resumes provided, you can make a determination of who you would like to proceed with. From there, we will coordinate a monitored telephone interview between you and the potential therapist. At that time, if you are interested in hiring the therapist, we will facilitate the partnership and finalize the details.

Start Working

Once we receive the request from you and have matched the qualified therapist with your facility, the therapist can usually start within a week.

We charge an hourly bill rate and being these therapists are Ardor Health employees, we will manage all payroll duties, including wages, payroll taxes, benefits, housing, licensure, if applicable, travel costs, professional liability, workers compensation coverage, immunizations, background and drug tests.

Since some of our qualified candidates are in the market for temp to perm placement, you are free to offer a permanent position to them at any time for a placement fee. This will be noted in your contract with Ardor Health.
