Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Social Worker to join our travel team in a Hospice setting, in Bedford, NH! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active NH. Hospice license
• 2+ years of Social Worker experience
• This position begins on 02/03/2025 and ends on 03/17/2025
