Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Case Management - Case Mgt to join our travel team in Charlottesville, VA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active VA Case Management - 2372 license
• 2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
• This position begins on 01/06/2025 and ends on 04/07/2025
