Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a HOME HEALTH setting, in Antigo, WI! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active WI. HOME HEALTH license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• This position begins on 01/06/2025 and ends on 03/03/2025
