Colosia began her staffing career towards the conclusion of the pandemic, leveraging her background in patient care as a Phlebotomist, Laboratory Manager, and Clinic Manager. Initially on a path to medical school, Colosia found her true passion within the human and social aspects of healthcare, leading her to enter healthcare staffing in 2022. At Ardor Health, she quickly advanced from recruiter to account manager, and ultimately identifying a crucial need for marketing strategies that resonate with clinicians in a post-COVID-19 landscape. Colosia founded Ardor’s marketing and brand department, overseeing its day-to-day operations and spearheading projects that enrich both the corporate and clinical work environment. One notable initiative is the revitalization of Ardor Angels, the company’s corporate philanthropy program, which prioritizes monthly community outreach events benefiting various local organizations and charitable groups. Her drive to give back led executive leadership to form an annual Ardor Angel award, which she was the inaugural recipient of. Outside of work, Colosia enjoys exploring the growing Tampa food scene with her partner and their goldendoodle.
