Ardor Health’s Katherine Emerson Earns American Staffing Association Women in Leadership Scholarship

Emerson One of Eight Recipients of National Award

Alexandria, VA, August 14, 2025—  The American Staffing Association (ASA) today announced that ASA has awarded Ardor Health’s Talent Development Manager, Katherine Emerson, the Women in Leadership Scholarship.

Starting on the frontlines of healthcare, Katherine experienced the human cost of staffing shortages in real time. That experience shaped her decision wholly to enter the staffing industry in 2021, where she now works to strengthen the workforce from within. At Ardor Health, she leads training and development programs that equip employees to thrive personally and professionally. Her work centers on aligning people-first values with organizational goals. Katherine holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and leads with purpose, empathy, and a drive for solutions.

Now in its fifth year, the Women in Leadership Scholarship program honors rising stars who show exemplary professional growth potential and a commitment to a career in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Katherine is one of only eight awardees chosen from across the country.

The class of 2025 Women in Leadership scholars are
