Natalie

Hi there!
I’m Natalie, a traveling Occupational Therapist who’s been
hitting the road for several years, taking on OT contracts all
over the country. I started Don’t Trip Road Trip alongside my
husband and fellow therapist, Jacob (PT) to share our
experiences and help others who want to navigate the unique
ways to create ones career as a therapist.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience across multiple settings
—including acute care, schools, home health, skilled nursing,
and acute rehab—and travel therapy has allowed me to
continue exploring a variety of settings all while growing both
professionally and personally.
So whether you’re looking for advice, career inspiration, or just
epic photos of travel and a very cute pup named Freya, I’m
here to share what I’ve learned and hopefully inspire you to

Why Did I Join Ardor Aspire?
I started Don’t Trip Road Trip to share the real side of travel therapy—everything from the logistics to the life lessons. Along the way, I’ve had the honor of mentoring fellow OT/PTs, new grads, and therapists navigating the shift from permanent roles to travel contracts. I know how overwhelming that leap can feel, and I’m here to make sure you don’t have to do it alone. Being an Aspire mentor allows me to continue and amplify giving back to the profession in a meaningful way, helping others find freedom, joy, and purpose in their therapy careers.
