Patricia (Patty) spent 10 years as a Catholic school teacher from 1990 to 2000. In 2001 she joined her husband Michael Lamia, CEO of Ardor Health Solutions, in founding All Source Recruiting Group which later grew to Ardor Health Solutions. Patty was instrumental in the growing of All Source Recruiting Group into Ardor Health Solutions. As the consummate team player, Patty has at one time or another done just about every job at Ardor Health Solutions, always placing the growth of the company and her employee’s ahead of her own needs. However, Patty’s greatest achievement is raising two amazing & talented children
