That’s where Ardor Aspire comes in.

Ardor Aspire is our student and early-career initiative, designed to educate, support, and empower the next generation of travel Physical Therapists (PTs & PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs & COTAs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs). Whether you’re still in school, preparing for the boards, or just landed your first license, Aspire offers the tools and mentorship to launch your journey with confidence.

Why Ardor Aspire Exists

Travel therapy offers unique advantages, including higher pay, variety in clinical settings, and the opportunity to explore new places. However, these roles often seem out of reach to students or new graduates, primarily due to outdated myths or a lack of exposure in school.

We created Ardor Aspire to break down those barriers.

Aspire is designed to demystify the travel lifestyle and provide new therapists with a supportive entry point into the field, without pressure or commitment. Our mission is to help you understand your options, build real connections, and feel prepared to take the leap; if and when you’re ready.

We host free, virtual Lunch & Learn presentations for PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP programs nationwide. These interactive sessions introduce students to travel therapy, licensure logistics, compensation, and practical advice from real-world professionals.

👥 Clinical Mentorship
After attending a session, students are placed in Aspire’s exclusive mentorship program. You’ll be matched with a travel therapist mentor in your specialty who can offer firsthand guidance, support, and encouragement. Not for you? Opt-out anytime. 

🌐 Online Community
We know the value of connection. That’s why we created dedicated LinkedIn and Facebook groups for Aspire participants to network, ask questions, and learn from others navigating the same career path.

📚 Career Resources
From resume help, to licensing checklists, our Aspire resource library equips you with everything you need to start your travel journey on the right foot.
